Thoughts from the Daily Dose

I write a daily email on behalf of Rehoboth Beach Yoga Center, where I teach yoga and see clients privately. I call that email the daily dose of yoga, and I started it the day after the studio closed for the pandemic. That was March 18th, 2020. I described it as "a daily dose of yoga - curated articles and talks, practice suggestions, and thought provoking quotes. Just a little bit of bliss in your inbox every day."
While it may change from time to time, the daily dose keeps on coming. Sometimes funny, sometimes serious, sometimes general, and sometimes personal. There are days when I shared powerful insights, and understandings. I've got 2,014 emails saved in my daily dose folder from the last 5 1/2 years. I rarely look back at them. I know that gems exist in those old emails, and today I begin mining for them. I'll deposit them on my blog. You'll find them under the category Thoughts from the Daily Dose. I hope they serve you as much as they have served me. Namaste.

Yes! old unfinished thoughts can be really gems! I have hundreds of never-finished blogs in my email folders as well
